The primary product I regularly use from Unicity is ChitoRich. Originally an Enrich product, it attracts and clumps fats so they are too large to be absorbed into the bloodstream as they pass through the intestines. Having learned to plan meals by selecting a meat, and then deciding what goes well with it, ChitoRich is an important part of my battle with cholesterol. The downside to ChitoRich is it cannot distinguish between good and bad fats, so it should not be taken with anything adding essential fats, such as Vitamin E, ChloroPlasma, or MultiVitamins, since it could negate their effectiveness.

A product I still use occasionally is Megamins.  It is concentrated liquid minerals designed to be mixed with water and drank.  However, I use it topically (a local Enrich group taught me this in 1996), rubbing it directly on sore muscles to be absorbed.  Some have said it even helps relieve their arthritis when used this way.

Paraway Plus is for ridding the body of parasites we can get from meats and also quite prominently from fresh vegetables.  I use Black Walnut daily for the same reason.  Nature's Tea gets things stirring for general colon and intestinal cleansing and is excellent for constipation.

My wife uses this Glucosamine product regularly. The benefits of Glucosamine are widely known.  I think Enrich (Unicity) has one of the better Glucosamines on the market.  Sometimes I'll hear someone say, "I tried 'such and such' herb and it didn't help me at all."  It usually turns out they went to a discount chain store and bought the cheapest brand they could find.  For most natural herbal products, quality and effectiveness vary significantly from company to company.  Quality first is the best priority.

 ABOUT DIGESTIVE ENZYMES

Enrich International, was the first herbal/natural products company I became involved with (in 1995).  Unfortunately, many of the products I used were eliminated after the buyout (Royal Numico) and merger (Rexall) developed it into the Unicity Network.  One such product was Enrich's Digestive Enzymes.  They have had the most tangible recognizable impact in improving my health.  By helping to completely digest the foods I put into my body, they are assimilated better for the body's use, also impacting (reducing) such things as bloating, gas, and odors.  Enrich's Digestive Enzymes was one of three products they had in this area, but, for me, it was the most effective.  When I used up the last bottle I removed the label so I would have a copy of the ingredients.  Today, I primarily use the Enzymedica product "Digest."  It has been the closest so far in quality and results to the former Enrich product.
