UltraGard Forté (Some years back they combined UltraGard and Food Matrix™ Completron in one capsule) is my daily basic vitamin and herbs supplement.  I take the two caplets first thing as a part of my morning vitamins routine.  The benefits from the many components, and why to take them, are too numerous to list.  Plus, you really should read (or view the video) about Food Matrix™ technology on the website link provided below. 

Aloe Vera Skin Gel is the other Sportron product which I use daily. The combination of Aloe Vera and other herbs have stated properties of soothing dry and damaged skin, as well as nourishing, conditioning, and protecting the skin.  I use it as an aftershave.  Even with a beard, I shave (trim) daily, and this has been a good alternative (aftershave). Also, it absorbs exceptionally well, so does not leave a greasy feeling on my skin.  It does not quite have the lasting power I need in the winter for my very dry skin, so I keep it as an aftershave and special use, but have an Aubrey product for general body use. 

The bottom of the container on Herbal Ointment says, "use on cuts, burns, bites, abrasions, stings, eczema and acne."  It seems I am using it all the time.  I also rub it around my fingernails (an insight offered by someone taking my order one day).  Ever plucked a hair and then have to deal with soreness from infection?  I apply it right away to prevent that too.  It is good stuff.  I keep one at work and at home. 

The less I have to use Infagard, the better.  It is indeed some of the worst tasting stuff I have ever used.  But the ingredients (liquid form), including things like Yarrow, Verbena, Echinacea, and Garlic, apparently work great together.  If I feel a sore throat, cold, or flu like symptoms even hinting to start, I place several drops of Infagard under my tongue, and doing so will usually nip it in the bud.  That is provided I use it soon enough.  Sometimes I wait too long until unnecessary agitation forces me to give in and take it, and it is not nearly as effective once something has already taken hold. 

In 2009 I added C-Plex (vitamin C supplement) to my daily routine.  There are many options, and no reason to give in to a less than healthy life.  I likely spend about $100 a month (all companies combined) to give my body the nutrients I believe it needs.  It seems foolish when I see people refuse to spend the money, and at least try something, choosing instead to continue to suffer.  Still, we all have that choice.   My first priority is God.  But, my health ranks right up there.  I commit my resources accordingly.
