Teaching & Sharing Centers - Teaching & Sharing Center of Grand Ledge

The [original] Teaching & Sharing Center opened in October 1994 as a response to what william felt was a calling from God.  He owned and operated it as a sole-proprietorship from 1994 through most of 2004, when the T&SC non-profit corporation was established (IRS approved 501c3 public charity).

Today, the original center is still the Teaching & Sharing Center [of Grand Ledge] and a part of the Teaching & Sharing Centers non-profit corporation. Officially the corporate office, housing the records, meetings, and any property, the TSCofGL primarily remains the responsibility and ministry of william.  a touch of william and Cherokee Bill's Trade Center occupy the upstairs and one room downstairs at the Center.  Though they remain sole-proprietorships, they are both Independent Affiliated Ministries of the corporation, and as a part of that contractual agreement william pays a 10% tithe to the corporation for any income derived through them.

The building itself is owned by a family trust and maintained by william.  The corporation pays only actual expenses (no rents or compensations).
